Werkwoche Augsburg 2016

In November 2016, we spent 3 days with students from the Faculty of Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg (Germany) during their international Werkwoche.

They responded to a brief called Nowhere to hide: living with others. We helped them think through the challenges of living with e with ‘others’: parents, loved ones, older relatives or flatmates.

They worked with the tools they had at hand: paper, cardboard, laptops and electronics.

Five teams of 2 students presented their work at the end of the week in the form of a pop-up exhibition.

The students that took part were:

Sande Anthony
Rebecca Bilger
Lisa Breunig
Madita Herpich
Raphael Huber
Slawa Gurevich
Mester
Maximillian Ruppert
Jolane Schaffner
Anton Zimmermann

Here are the ideas they presented in the form of their exhibition posters (German & English). Some of them addressed shopping, hiding from your loved ones to take stock, scheduling common activities and keeping feet.
