In November 2016, we spent 3 days with students from the Faculty of Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg (Germany) during their international Werkwoche.
They responded to a brief called Nowhere to hide: living with others. We helped them think through the challenges of living with e with ‘others’: parents, loved ones, older relatives or flatmates.
They worked with the tools they had at hand: paper, cardboard, laptops and electronics.
Five teams of 2 students presented their work at the end of the week in the form of a pop-up exhibition.

Here are the ideas they presented in the form of their exhibition posters (German & English). Some of them addressed shopping, hiding from your loved ones to take stock, scheduling common activities and keeping feet.
